What is the sick policy at Gilbert Public Schools? ›

Please do not send your child to school if he/she has diarrhea, vomiting, a fever, rash, deep cough, or a communicable disease such as chickenpox, strep throat, pink eye or lice. You will be notified if your child becomes ill enough to be sent home from school, sustains more than a minor injury, or has an emergency.

Parents and guardians can report student absences through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal or through your Infinite Campus app. Simply log in to Infinite Campus and click on 'Report an Absence'. You will receive a confirmation email to the address associated with your parent portal after submitting your request.
