How do you add mint flavor to chocolate?
The most important thing to remember is that a little goes a LONG way. Start adding mint to your recipe 1/8 teaspoon at a time and then continue to taste.
Another thing to remember is that there is a big difference between peppermint and creme de menthe. Make sure you’re using the one you want, otherwise you might have a dessert that tastes like toothpaste!

You know what’s annoying? I live in Germany and the Germans seem to be programmed to dislike mint chocolate anything, except for After Eights. I don’t know what’s up with that.
